275 Merton: Coronado Apartments — (1928; Weidmaier and Gay, architect). This Moorish Revival and Art Deco building is four stories high and features orange yellow brick with chevron and lozenge patterns. Note: the Historic Designation Advisory Board (HDAB) report mistakenly lists the construction date as 1948. The correct date is 1928.
