Physical Description

This narrow rectangular structure, vacant for the past fifteen years, stands across .an alley from the Union Trust (Guardian) Building. Three sides of the fa<;ade are faced with reflective plate glass held in place by black metal frames. The base of the structure is comprised of red brick curved down to meet the sidewalk. The building is set back the same distance from Woodward as the National Bank of Detroit to the north. It has a flat roof that holds the heating and cooling systems of the Guardian Building, located to the west across the alley.
