Do you shoot both aerial photos and video?
Yes. Every flight can capture both 20MP+ stills and 4K cinematic video. Most clients book a combined package — photos for listings and print, video for reels, websites, and social. We edit and color-grade both before delivery.
Are you FAA-certified for drone operations?
Yes. We hold a Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate from the FAA and carry full liability insurance. Every flight follows federal, state, and local regulations for commercial drone operations.
What areas can you fly drones in Detroit?
Most areas of Detroit are open to commercial flight with the right authorization. Areas near Detroit Metropolitan and Coleman Young airports require LAANC approval, which we handle. We confirm flight feasibility for each site before booking.
What's included in a drone package?
A standard package includes 10 to 25 edited aerial stills and one to three minutes of edited 4K video. Raw footage, longer edits, and additional retouching are available on request. Combination packages that pair aerial work with ground photography and video are also available.

Yes. Real estate listings and construction documentation are two of the most common uses for our drone work. Same-day turnaround is available for urgent listings, and we can return on a schedule to film construction progress over time.
