Can you come to our office?
Yes—on-site team headshots are our specialty. We bring professional lighting and equipment directly to your office and set up a full studio on-site. We can work with the space you have—a conference room, lobby, or any open area.
How long does it take to photograph a team of 50 people?
With the Basic package, approximately 4 hours (about 5 minutes per person). With the Signature package, we take as much time as each person needs. We work around your schedule to minimize disruption to the workday.
What's the difference between Basic and Signature?
Both packages use the same lead photographer, equipment, and studio lighting. The difference is time and retouching: Basic is efficient with AI edits and same-day delivery. Signature gives each person unlimited time with full posing and training coaching, full manual edits, and a lifetime guarantee. For customer-facing teams, we recommend Signature.
Can we also do a group photo with everyone together?
Absolutely. We can do full team group shots, department subgroups, and leadership team configurations alongside individual headshots—all in the same session.
How quickly do we get the final images?
