Common questions

How far in advance should we book a videographer?
Two to four weeks for a corporate interview or single-day event, six to eight for a multi-camera gala or conference. We accept last-minute bookings when the calendar allows—text 313-351-8244 for same-week availability.
Do you deliver a social cutdown the night of the event?
Yes. A 30-to-60-second vertical-format cutdown for Instagram, LinkedIn, and internal Slack channels is delivered within hours of the event. The full edited recap film follows within 7 days.
Can you shoot video and stills at the same event?
Yes—most of our event clients book both. A two-person team handles video and photography in parallel, so you get a recap reel and a press-ready stills gallery from a single booking at a combined rate.
What does broadcast-grade audio mean for a corporate event?
Wireless lavalier mics on every speaker, a shotgun mic on the camera for ambient and crowd sound, and a board feed from the venue's PA when available. Mixed in post so keynote audio is broadcast-clean even when the room is loud.
Will you provide raw 4K files in addition to the edit?
On request. The default deliverable is the color-graded edit in 4K and 1080p plus the vertical social cutdown. Raw footage is available for in-house editing teams or for archive at no additional charge.
What kinds of video do you produce?
Corporate event recaps, gala and fundraiser films, keynote and panel recordings, executive interviews and talking-head pieces, brand films, product launches, and grant-report videos for non-profits. See the portfolio above for the actual range of clients and venues.
