Our Promises

Your finished images go out the same day. You review every frame with me on a large screen as we shoot, we pick the keepers together, and I retouch them by hand and send the files before the day is out.

Same-day is the standard here, not a rush add-on, and it costs nothing extra. Nothing is ever late. If finishing your images on time means I stay up to do it, I stay up.

Plans move, and the calendar should move with them. You can reschedule or cancel anytime, for any reason, with no penalty and no fee. There is no deadline and no fine print.

If you have already paid and you decide to cancel, I refund you in full, and the money shows back on your card within a few business days. Change your plans, tell me, and I handle the rest.

You do not pay until you have seen your images and you are happy with them. That is the whole arrangement: hold your photos, be sure you love them, and settle up after.

If something is not right, you tell me and you choose what happens next. I can re-edit the frames you have until they are right, as many passes as it takes. I can bring you back for a full reshoot at no charge. Or I can refund you in full, no questions asked.

Whichever one leaves you happy is the right answer, and the guarantee never expires.

I hold myself to the clock. If I am more than five minutes late to your session, one of your finished images that day is free, a $99 image, on me.

Your time is worth as much as mine. This is how I put a number on it, and how I keep the promise honest rather than hopeful.

There is no account to create and no password to remember. Your photos live in a private gallery that I send you as a link. Click it and you are in.

The gallery is yours to keep. Download the full-resolution files from the button at the top, use them anywhere you like, and come back whenever you need them again. The files do not expire.
