Studio + on-location

Two coverage modes. In our 2,000-square-foot Detroit studio with cinema lighting and a 27-inch tethered review screen—ideal for owner portraits, team headshots, and packaged-product shots. Or on-location at your restaurant during prep, before service.

Same-day previews

Every image lands on the studio screen ten seconds after it's taken. You approve angles, expressions, and plating in the room—not three days later in a download link. Retouched files delivered same day for studio sessions, within 48 hours for full restaurant shoots.

$149 first image, $99 each additional

In-studio brand sessions are $149 for the first image and $99 for each additional, with no time limit until you have what you came for. On-location restaurant coverage is $299/hour, anywhere in the metro.

Common questions

"We need photos of the owner and team for our website and Google profile. Can you do that?"
That's most of what we do for restaurants. Owner portraits in our Detroit studio start at $149 for the first image and $99 for each additional, with cinema lighting and a 27-inch review screen so you approve every frame in the room. Team headshots for the front-of-house and kitchen staff are billed the same way. Most restaurants leave with 8–15 images: one owner portrait, one chef portrait, and a clean grid of staff headshots.
"Do you shoot food plates and menu items?"
Honestly: we'd rather hand a plated-food shoot to a dedicated food stylist. What we do better than anyone in Detroit is the human side of the brand—the founder, the chef, the bartender, the team. If you need both, we'll cover the people on a $299/hour on-location session and refer you to a food stylist for the plates. Our portrait work pairs with their plate work cleanly.
"Can you come to the restaurant during prep, before service?"
Yes. On-location coverage is $299/hour and we work around your kitchen. Most restaurant sessions run 1–2 hours: chef portrait at the pass, owner portrait at the bar, four or five staff headshots in the dining room, a few wide atmosphere frames. Edited gallery delivered within 48 hours.
"How is this different from the AI headshot tools my marketing person mentioned?"
A real photographer in a real Detroit studio, with real cinema lights, photographing the actual human who runs your restaurant. AI tools produce a plausible person who doesn't exist. Your customers will meet the actual you—make the photo match. Same-day delivery, 250 five-star reviews, and the image is yours to license for menus, Google, Yelp, press, and packaging.
